Mobile Evaluations enables authorized evaluators to conduct OQ covered task evaluations on their existing device and submit an electronic record of evaluation, streamlining the evaluation process and improving turnaround time on qualifications.

- If a supporting PDF cannot be processed, you’ll now see:
“The uploaded supportive document could not be processed. Please re-save the PDF and try again.”
- Failed submissions are no longer shown as successful.

Apply company & person association to roster entry

If evaluation failed submission, user can tap “Failed Submission” record > receives prompt which tells them to submit paper ROE + screenshot of signatures > clicks “next” > lands on screen which displays candidate name/ID, task identity, evaluator name, date, and candidate and evaluator signatures. The user is able to take a screenshot of this information, which requires permissions to access the photo library on iOS device to save the screenshot on device. After that evaluator will be able to email a paper PDF to Veriforce, along with the screenshot to prove the results of evaluation. 1.2 06/11/2021
